These terms govern enquiries and orders placed with Romenzo Exhausts.

Enquiries & quotes. Prices shown are indicative and confirmed in writing at the point of quotation. Bespoke work is quoted individually.

Orders & deposits. Bespoke and made-to-order systems may require a deposit before fabrication begins.

Lead times. Estimated lead times are given in good faith and may vary with materials and workload.

Cancellations. As bespoke items are made to your specification, cancellation rights may be limited once fabrication has begun.

Fitment & use. Certain systems (e.g. de-cat) are intended for closed-circuit/track use and may not be road-legal. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure legal compliance.
