Bespoke supercar exhaust systems · @romenzo_exhausts

An exhaust is the one modification you hear before you see. We treat it that way — as an instrument tuned to a single engine, not a part pulled from a shelf.
Made under one roof
Romenzo exists because the best supercars deserve better than a compromise. Where most systems are designed for a category of car, ours are designed for one — measured, mocked up and welded around the exact machine that will wear them.
We work almost exclusively in titanium and aerospace-grade stainless. Titanium for the weight it removes and the note it gives; stainless where durability leads. Every join is TIG-welded by hand and back-purged, because the welds are structural and, on a polished system, they're also on show.
Inside the build
A titanium valved system, shot in the workshop before fitting. Scroll down and watch six hand-built sections come together into one.
One system — one voice Six sections — hand-built
From conversation to fitted system
We start with the car and the sound you want — daily-civil, track-savage, or somewhere in between.
Pipe diameters, geometry and valve placement are drawn to suit the engine, then hand-built in titanium.
The system is run and tuned until the note is resolved across the whole rev range — never just louder.
Direct-fit installation with finished tips to match the car, then a final check and sign-off.
We don't chase volume. We chase the right note.
Loud is easy. A system that sounds expensive — clean at idle, hard at the top, with no drone on the motorway — takes hours of dyno time and an ear that knows when to stop. That's the part you can't buy off a shelf, and it's the part we care about most.
